To ensure your jewelry lasts even longer, we recommend removing it before sleeping and taking it off before swimming or showering.

Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within a period of 24 to 72 working hours. This period may be extended during peak times, such as holidays, trade shows, or inventories. Shipments of pre-ordered items begin from the date specified on the product page. If your order includes two pre-ordered items, the package will be shipped as soon as it is complete, based on the furthest date. Delivery in Metropolitan France is provided by DHL Express (24 hours after shipment, Monday to Friday), and internationally (2-5 days) with DHL Express and if the destination is unavailable with DHL, we use Chronopost. Delivery in Metropolitan France is free for orders of €250 and above with Colissimo.

Product Returns:
You have a period of 14 days from receipt to return an item that does not meet your expectations. Fixed processing fees of €5 will be deducted from your refund. For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, return costs are borne by the customer.
